Return and Refund

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGE REQUESTS

Within 24 hours of Order placement, all cancellation requests must be done via email (Info@do-tees.com

Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible, be aware you have a limited amount of time to cancel your order, (i.e. 24 Hours).

Any request for changes such as Color, Size, quantity or Shipping address shall be submitted within 24 Hours given time, as your order goes into production shortly after it is placed.

Case by Case Basis shall be considered for any cancellation request received after 24 hours.

Once shipped, no order cancellations request will be entertained.

REFUND POLICY

The order received can be returned within 14 Days as per policy,

  • In original Packaging

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

When the items being returned are the result of a do-tees error, do-tees will give a pre-paid postage label.

Requesting an exchange

When the items being returned are the result of a do-tees error, do-tees will give a pre-paid postage label. If the desired exchange is not due to a do-tees error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Requesting a Refund

Unless the item qualifies for a free return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you return an item using our prepaid label from do-tees and the reason for the return is not due to a do-tees error. If you choose to ship an item yourself, you will be responsible for paying the carrier when you mail the return. If the error is caused by a do-tees error, we will refund your entire purchase price, minus any shipping costs
